TELAFLEX U 401 (TRUPOCRYL 401)

Appointment: Used as the main binder in finishes where a soft and natural film with a very natural appearance is needed.

Composition: Water-soluble emulsion of polyurethane-acrylic copolymer.

Benefits:

  • Creates a resin on the leather with excellent fullness and naturalness.
  • Provides excellent filling in base coatings and high resistance to repeated bending.

TELAFLEX U 412 (TRUPOCRYL 412)

Appointment: Used for furniture, automotive, shoe and haberdashery leathers, for their base coatings and primers.

Composition: Water-soluble emulsion of aliphatic polyurethane.

Benefits:

  • Excellent resin forming ability.
  • Excellent filling, naturalness.
  • Forms resins with high resistance to friction (dry and wet).

TELAFLEX U 422 (TRUPOCRYL 422)

Appointment: Used for all types of articles, where it is required to achieve high rates of repeated bending: furniture, shoe, haberdashery leather.

Composition: Water soluble aliphatic polyurethane.

Benefits:

  • Provides leather softness.
  • Provides excellent filling in base coatings.
  • Gives high resistance to repeated bending.

TELAFLEX A 12 (TRUPOCRYL A 12)

Appointment: Suitable for drum leathers.

Composition: Aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion.

Benefits:

  • Eliminates leather defects.
  • Does not load the front layer.
  • Very good adhesion.
  • Use as a component with other types of polymers for nappa, shoe leather, haberdashery and furniture leather.

TELAFLEX A 18 (TRUPOCRYL A 18)

Appointment: Used for finishing nappa leathers.

Composition: Aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion.

Benefits:

  • High penetrating properties.
  • Does not emphasize leather defects.
  • Low load on the front surface.
  • Very good adhesion.
  • Good resistance to swelling in water.

TELAFLEX A 20 (TRUPOCRYL A 20)

Appointment: Used for light finishes with good adhesion and elasticity.

Composition: Aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion.

Benefits:

  • Forms a transparent, yellowish, elastic, flexible and slightly sticky resin.
  • In combination with other polymers from the Trupocryl series, it can be widely used in various products.

TELAFLEX A 28 (TRUPOCRYL A 28)

Appointment: Used for facial and polished leathers.

Composition: Aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion.

Benefits:

  • Gives the leather a good finish, fullness and softness.
  • Strong filling properties.
  • Improves embossing ability of the leather.

TELAFLEX A 35 (TRUPOCRYL A 35)

Appointment: Basic binder for universal application, recommended for finishing all types of leather.

Composition: Aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion.

Benefits:

  • High flexibility.
  • Good resistance to water swelling and excellent adhesion.
  • Offers high resistance finishes to wet treatments and excellent lightfastness.

TRUPOCRYL K U 327

Appointment: Use in polishable cationic base coats and pre-base coats for different types of leather.

Composition: Cationic polyurethane emulsion.

Benefits:

  • Forms a soft resin with excellent elongation.
  • Produces lights resins of finishes, with a good binding power and notable solidity to both dry and wet rubbing, as well as a good behavior in dry tumbled finishes.

TELAFLEX A RI 30 (TRUPOCRYL RI 30)

Appointment: Used for impregnation and re-impregnation of polished leathers and split leather.

Composition: Aqueous copolymer emulsion.

Benefits:

  • Improves grindability of a front layer.
  • Use as an additive in combination with other polymers when it is necessary to improve adhesion and penetration in base coatings.

TRUPOCRYL RI S 15

Appointment: Used as a polymer with excellent impregnating properties for facial leather.

Composition: Aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion.

Benefits:

  • High penetrating capacity in most leathers including full grain.
  • In many cases no need to add penetrating agents.

TELAFLEX U 20 N (TRUPOCRYL U 20 N)

Appointment: Improve adhesion in base coatings and primers requiring ironing or embossing.

Composition: Aqueous polyurethane copolymer emulsion.

Benefits:

  • The resin formed by TRUPOCRYL U 20 N is transparent, very soft.
  • High penetrating ability.
  • Excellent light fastness.

TELAFLEX U 25 CA (TRUPOCRYL U 25 CA)

Appointment: Used as a primary or secondary link in cationic or anionic finishes.

Composition: Non-ionic polyurethane emulsion.

Benefits:

  • Forms a soft and flexible resin with good lightfastness.
  • Gives the resin good light fastness.
  • Gives coatings good fullness, smoothness and touch.

TELAFLEX U 30 (TRUPOCRYL U 30)

Appointment: Used for furniture, automotive, shoe and haberdashery leathers, base coatings, primers and soft finishes such as nappa.

Composition: Waterborne urethane polyester aliphatic emulsion.

Benefits:

  • Excellent resin formation.
  • Provides the leather with softness
  • Save the existing natural pores.
  • Gives finishes excellent tear resistance and lightfastness.

TELAFLEX U 34 P (TRUPOCRYL U 34 P)

Appointment: Suitable in cationic and anionic base coats to be polished.

Composition: Waterborne urethane polyester aliphatic dispersion.

Benefits:

  • Forms a clear and soft resin.
  • Characterized by its high binder power.
  • High resistance to the heat both on plated/ironed and polished articles.

TELAFLEX COMPACT CFL (TRUPOFIN COMPACT CFL)

Appointment: Used to finish split.

Composition: Water mixture of polymers and special additives.

Benefits:

  • High binding ability.
  • Suitable as a base coat or filler for further sanding.

TELAFLEX COMPACT PL (TRUPOFIN COMPACT PL)

Appointment: Designed to produce mat finishes, with very good filling, excellent adhesion and extraordinary resistance to swelling in water and flexion in the cold.

Composition: An aqueous dispersion of modified polymers.

Benefits:

  • Uniform surface.
  • No problems with ironing and stacking.
  • Suitable for all leather types.

TELAFLEX COMPACT PO (TRUPOFIN COMPACT PO)

Appointment: Used to obtain matte coatings with very good filling, excellent adhesion and exceptional resistance to swelling in water and flexion in the cold.

Composition: Aqueous dispersion of modified polymers.

Benefits:

  • Uniform surface with a pleasant neck.
  • No problems with ironing and cleaning.
  • Suitable for all types of leather, mostly for furniture.

TELAFLEX COMPACT JE (TRUPOFIN COMPACT JE)

Appointment: Used for finishing of furniture and shoe leathers.

Composition: Aqueous dispersion of modified polymers.

Benefits:

  • A very well balanced binder mix along with some special filler.
  • Contains all components necessary for direct leather finishing.
  • Does not cause problems when ironing or styling the leather during production.
