TELAC 702 (TRUPOFIN LACQUER 702)
Appointment: Used as finishing fastening in articles for the upper part of shoes, haberdashery and clothing leathers, where high resistance to dry and wet friction is required.
Composition: Aqueous emulsion of nitrocellulose.
Benefits:
- Mixable with water in any proportion.
- It shows good stretch, excellent fullness, high gloss and a silky pleasant touch.
- Not contain plasticizing phthalates: DOP, DBP, BBP.
- Creates a resin of medium or high rigidity.
TRUPOFIN LACQUER 707
Appointment: Use as an intermediate varnish or as a finishing fastener for the upper of shoes, nappa, clothing leathers, where average brightness and naturalness are required.
Composition: Aqueous emulsion of nitrocellulose.
Benefits:
- Mixable with water in any proportion.
- It shows good stretch and good ironing behavior.
- Not contain plasticizing phthalates: DOP, DBP, BBP.
- Creates a resin of medium or high rigidity.
TELAC CAB ACU (TRUPOFIN LACQUER CAB AQ)
Appointment: Used as a top coat for all types of leather, especially white or beige colors.
Composition: Plastified cellulose acetate butyrate in an organic solution.
Benefits:
- Stable in ultraviolet light.
- High resistance to scratching and dirt.
- Free from phthalate plastifiers (DOP, DBP, BBP, etc.).
- Gives the finish leather a warm and pleasant feel.
- Forms a medium-hard transparent film.
TELAC ET 80 (TRUPOFIN LACQUER ET 80)
Appointment: Recommended as top coat in the finishing of leather goods and shoe upper leathers when high gloss and fastness are required.
Composition: Nitrocellulose in water emulsion.
Benefits:
- Can be diluted in water at any proportion.
- Shows good extensibility and good behavior to ironing.
- Exhibit high gloss and excellent fastness.
- Produces resins with medium/high hardness.
- Used to obtain effects or contrast coats.
TRUPOFIN LACQUER ET 80N
Appointment: Gives finish leathers high gloss, excellent fastness and deeper black color.
Composition: Nitrocellulose in water emulsion.
Benefits:
- Can be diluted in water at any proportion.
- Good extensibility and good behavior to ironing.
- Produces resins with medium/high hardness.
- Mixed with other chemicals from our finishing range (wax, touch agents, waterproofing agents) in order to modify the gloss, touch, etc.
TRUPOFIN TOP 490
Appointment: Used for finishing patent leather.
Composition: Water-soluble aliphatic polyurethane.
Benefits:
- Gives the leather a natural look.
- Partially used in pigmented or aniline formulations for aniline or semi-aniline gloss coatings.
- Gloss final soft top.
TELAFLEX U CH 23 (TRUPOFIN TOP PU CH 23)
Appointment: Used as a soft fixation with a high degree of gloss.
Composition: Waterborne aliphatic polyester urethane.
Benefits:
- Gives the leather a natural look.
- Well smoothed out.
- It can use with pigments or dyes for glossy coatings such as «aniline» or «semi-aniline».
- Use in patent leather.
TRUPOFIN TOP PU EXTRA MATT
Appointment: Used for finishing automotive and furniture leathers as a finish fastening with good breakdown ability.
Composition: Waterborne matt aliphatic polyester urethane.
Benefits:
- Free from plasticizers and surfactants agents.
- Strong matting effect and a silky, warm and very pleasant feel.
- Use partially in preparations for base coats with the aim of achieving a very natural appearance in the finish.
- Using a crosslinker, the preparation may have a limited life, but it can be added partially to new preparations.
TELAFLEX U 30 MATT (TRUPOFIN TOP PU MATT 30)
Appointment: Gives the surface of the leather a moderate and very pleasant matt finish, silky and warm to touch. This characteristic will be especially appreciated in upholstery finishes for cars and furniture.
Composition: Waterborne matt polyester aliphatic urethane.
Benefits:
- Free from surfactants and plasticizers.
- As a component to preparations of pigmented base coats give the finishes a very natural aspect.
